What can Vev’s booking system do for store owners?
It automatically organizes the shopping sessions for your store. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by customers, no bookings outside the opening hours of your store. When a shopping session gets booked then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your store makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a store with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every store owner to follow their dream and start a store. You only need a name to get things going.
To help store owners even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your store. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.

Is Vev's booking system for stores free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a store as easy as possible; that’s why any store owner can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many bookings for your store as you can physically handle.
As your store grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
What do I need to get started?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your store. You can change everything later. Make sure that your store does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking bookings.
