What can Vev’s booking system do for therapists?
It automatically organizes the therapy sessions for your practice. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by clients, no bookings outside the opening hours of your practice. When a therapy session gets scheduled then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your practice makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a practice with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every therapist to follow their dream and start a practice. You only need a name to get things going.
To help therapists even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your practice. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.

Is Vev's booking system for practices free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a practice as easy as possible; that’s why any therapist can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many bookings for your practice as you can physically handle.
As your practice grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
What do I need to get started?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your practice. You can change everything later. Make sure that your practice does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking bookings.
