Pet owners can reschedule freely within the rescheduling policy you set in Vev. When a pet owner needs to cancel, they’ll automatically get the amount refunded if your policy allows that.

What can Vev’s booking system do for dog walkers?
Vev's dog walker system automatically organizes the walks for your dog walker. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by pet owners, no bookings outside the opening hours of your dog walker. When a walk gets planned then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your dog walker makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a dog walker with Vev?
