Yes, the standard version of Vev will always be free. Here at Vev we want to level the playing field between big- and small service businesses, starting with giving everyone access to the best field service software.
Talking about bigger businesses, we do offer a paid version of Vev with features that entrepreneurs running larger businesses will die for. Vev+ gives you automatic tax reports, access to advanced customer data, and a bunch of other useful things.
However, the standard version of Vev field service software will always be free to use!
Is it possible to charge call-out costs?
Yes, you can define how much you want to charge to drive somewhere, whether it is a fixed fee or a price per mile / kilometer.
Can I choose my own way of transportation?
Yes, you can choose in whatever way you perform your services. Choose between bike, car and truck and the system will automatically calculate travel time based on the transport method you choose.
