Is Vev’s reservation software for event organisers free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a venue as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your venue as you can physically handle.
As your venue grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a venue with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a venue. You only need a name to get things going.
To help event organisers even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your venue. Of course you as the event organiser knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
What can Vev’s reservation system do for event organisers?
It helps you organize reservations for your venue. You decide how far in advance people can make reservations, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be reserved by people, no reservations outside the opening hours of your venue. If a regular of your venue makes a reservation via a phone call or DM, you can also add them manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
What do I need to get started with my venue?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your venue. You can change everything later. Make sure that your venue does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking reservations.
