Is Vev’s reservation software for practitioners free to use?
Yes! We want to make starting a practice as easy as possible; that’s why you can use the standard version of Vev for free. Get as many reservations for your practice as you can physically handle.
As your practice grows, you might want to unlock Vev+ as soon as it becomes available this summer. Up to you, but the standard version of Vev is always at your disposal for free.
Can anyone start a practice with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages everyone to follow their dream and start a practice. You only need a name to get things going.
To help practitioners even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your practice. Of course you as the practitioner knows best, so you can edit this as much as you had like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make it uniquely yours.
What can Vev’s reservation system do for practitioners?
It helps you organize reservations for your practice. You decide how far in advance people can make reservations, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be reserved by people, no reservations outside the opening hours of your practice. If a regular of your practice makes a reservation via a phone call or DM, you can also add them manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
What do I need to get started with my practice?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your practice. You can change everything later. Make sure that your practice does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking reservations.
